GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Abstracts must be submitted exclusively using this platform. Abstracts submitted via e-mail will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts must be written clearly in English.
  • Abstracts received after the deadline, will not be considered.
  • Please make sure that you receive the e-mail confirmation after making your submission (please also check your spam or junk folder). If you do not receive the acknowledgment of receipt, kindly inform the conference secretariat immediately to [email protected]
  • There is no limit on the number of abstracts submitted by an author, but the same study cannot be submitted twice, even under a different topic/category or with a different title or authors.

INFORMATION REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A SUBMISSION

Language English
Main Author Individual who is submitting the abstract.
All correspondence will be done with the main author.
Presentation Preference Please note whether the preferred format is an Oral Presentation.
Title Each word should begin with a capital letter with the exception of transition words.
Abstract Body 300 word maximum, separated into:
Background/Methods/Results/Conclusion/Reference (optional)
Supplement file Tables and images are permitted up to two files. (*.zip cannot be uploaded).

NOTIFICATION OF ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE:

  • Notification of acceptance will be made by the secretariat via e-mail by December 18(Sun), 2022. Please check the allotted number to each Oral Presentation.
  • The Presenting author must be registered in the conference before January 31(Tue), 2023 to ensure the abstract is included in the program and scheduled for presentation. If he /she is not registered on time, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat ([email protected]) in writing as soon as possible.

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES (*AFTER ACCEPTANCE)

  • File Format & Length: PPT (7 mins presentation & 3 mins Q&A for each presenter.)
  • Presentation Time & Date: March 4(Sat), 2023
  • Place: Room 206+207
  • The detailed information will be informed later after notification of abstract acceptance.

E- POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES (*AFTER ACCEPTANCE)

  • File Format & Size: PDF (1 page, Width 78cm, Length 138cm)
  • Submission Deadline: Sunday, December 25, 2022
  • Exhibition Date: March 3(Fri.) - 4(Sat.), 2023
  • Place: Exhibition Hall
  • The detailed information will be informed later after notification of abstract acceptance.

BEST ORAL PRESENTATION AWARD

  • * A prize will be presented to the winner
  • Eligibility : Only Trainee
  • Prize: 1st Place 500 USD
  • 2nd Place 300 USD
